Las Islas Mujeres are one of the few marine protected areas where one can see penguins in the wild. Watch otters, sea lions, and dolphins frolic in the waves; you may even see a blue whale depending on the season!

Hike the rainforest trails, go beachcombing, kayak with dolphins, go mountain biking, relax in a wood-fire hot tub, stargaze at the night sky, experience a working sheep farm; the activities are endless!

How to book:
Saturday: Fly to Puerto Montt, Chile
Sunday: Arrive in Puerto Montt; stay one night in Puerto Montt or the Germanic town of Puerto Varas
Monday: Transfer from your hotel to La Paloma regional airfield to board your private charter flight directly to Fundo Los Leones property
Tuesday through Friday: Spend your days catching monster-sized fish, kayaking, rafting, hiking, biking, viewing marine wildlife, reading, relaxing in the wood-fired hot tub, and eating delicious meals
Saturday: Check out of your cabin and fly back to Puerto Montt. Transfer from La Paloma regional airfield to Puerto Montt El Tepual International Airport. Board your international flight or extend your trip on your own
Step 1
Choose the week you want to book. Each group will check in on a Monday and check out on a Saturday.
Step 4
Make sure to add on your charter flight and marine tour options (so we can book them with the local companies).
Step 2
Click on the button below to book your stay. Choose the dates on the calendar that you want.
Step 5
Pay your 10% deposit. (Refundable if canceled 90 days in advance.) The rest will be charged at a later date (usually one month before your check-in date).
Step 3
Add the number of cabins and guests according to your group. Even though there are 5 cabin options, there is a maximum of 8 guests at the property (because of the boat and plane restrictions).
Step 6
Arrange your international flights to arrive in Puerto Montt (PMC) by Sunday afternoon and depart Puerto Montt on Saturday evening.

About the property:
Fundo Los Leones, located in Chile’s Aysén region, serves as the gateway to the southern end of Corcovado National Park. Once owned by Doug and Kris Tompkins (founders of The North Face, Esprit, and Patagonia), the property boasts a rich conservation legacy. Summer weather ranges from warm and sunny to cool and rainy, resembling the Pacific Northwest.
